WHAT DO WE HANDLE YOUR INFORMATION?
When you make a purchase from our online store, we collect personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address, as part of the transaction process. AGREEMENT.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and final understanding between the parties, including their heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns, concerning the sale of merchandise specified by 6 Wings Coffee. It replaces all prior orders, agreements, negotiations, and representations, whether oral or written, related to this sale. Any waiver, amendment, modification, or assignment of this Agreement or its terms and conditions will only be valid if approved in writing by an authorized manager of 6 Wings Coffee.
DISCLOSURE.
We may disclose your personal information when required by law or to address a breach of our Terms of Services.
RETURN POLICY.
The Purchaser must obtain prior written Return Merchandise Authorization from 6 Wings Coffee for any merchandise returns or credits within 30 days of receiving the product. Unauthorized returns will not be credited, and all associated freight charges will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Therefore, no deductions for pending returns will be permitted without written authorization from 6 Wings Coffee. The Purchaser’s account must be in good standing in order to issue a return authorization.
Failure to comply with this policy will constitute a default by the Purchaser. In such cases, 6 Wings Coffee reserves the right to cancel any open orders and/or adjust or revoke the Purchaser’s credit line as deemed necessary
COOKIES

FORCE MAJEURE: Regardless of any conflicting terms in this Agreement, 6 Wings Coffee obligations will be suspended if performance is prevented or delayed by factors beyond its control, including accidents, strikes or labor disputes, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, network or internet issues, sabotage, equipment failure or repair, failure of suppliers to deliver goods, plant closures, theft, or acts of God. If such an event results in a delay of more than 30 days, 6 Wings Coffee reserves the right to terminate any further performance under this Agreement. 6 Wings Coffee has recommended that the Purchaser secure its own insurance to protect against potential losses due to such events.
INDEMNIFICATION: If 6 Wings Coffee agrees in writing to waive any provision of this Agreement, such a waiver shall not be deemed a waiver of that provision in relation to any other matter or event, nor shall it constitute a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement. The Purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold 6 Wings Coffee harmless from any claims or liabilities ,including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from the Purchaser’s actions or omissions, except in cases of 6 Wings Coffee gross negligence or willful misconduct. If the Purchaser is an individual or sole proprietor, they acknowledge that this Agreement pertains to the conduct of their trade, business, or profession. The section headings in this Agreement are for convenience only and should not be considered part of the Agreement or used in its interpretation. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of the Agreement will remain in effect. All sales and agreements between the Purchaser and their customers are solely the responsibility of the Purchaser, including any commitments made regarding delivery, performance, suitability, or any other matters related to the products.
ARBITRATION/ GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 6 Wings Coffee and the Purchaser agree that any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (the “Association”) in Houston, Texas 77046.
MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS OF SERVICE AND PRICES: You can view the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting the changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review our website periodically for any updates. By continuing to use or access our website or the Service after any changes to these Terms of Service are posted, you agree to accept those changes. In addition, product prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Therefore, we shall not be responsible to you or any third party for any modifications, price changes, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Service.
TERMINATION/DEFAULT: If the Purchaser wrongfully rejects or revokes acceptance of merchandise, fails to comply with these terms and conditions or any other agreement, document, or instrument, or if the Purchaser dissolves, liquidates, merges, reorganizes, or experiences a change in control, or if any guarantor of the Purchaser’s obligations to 6 Wings Coffee defaults, or if 6 Wings Coffee, at its sole discretion, becomes dissatisfied with the Purchaser’s creditworthiness for any reason, the Purchaser will be considered in default under this agreement. If, in our sole discretion, we determine or suspect that you have failed to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we may terminate this agreement immediately without notice. In such case, you will remain liable for all amounts owed up to and including the termination date, and we may deny you access to our Services , or any part of them.
ERRORS, OMMISSIONS, AND INACCURACIES: From time to time, our site or the Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may affect product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to modify or update information or cancel orders if any details in the Service or on any related website are found to be inaccurate, without prior notice, even after you have placed an order.
