RETURNS, REFUND, & EXCHANGES

RETURNS
All coffee bags and Phin Kits are non refundable, returnable, or exchanges. Returns are only accepted for non-coffee related products. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. As coffee is a consumable product, we do not accept returns on coffee items. If you have any concerns about the coffee you received, please reach out to us at [email protected] for assistance. Additional non-returnable items include: Gift card and Bundles. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, order number.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected], and we will provide mailing instructions. Return the item(s) in their unused, original packaging using a carrier of your choice, please include a tracking number. Share the tracking number with us so we can monitor the return process, as we are unable to track it without prior notice. Once we receive the returned item(s), our fulfillment team will inspect them. If the return is approved, we will process your refund and notify you via email. Please allow up to 30 days for us to receive, review, and process your refund. You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We do not provide return labels for refunds, so please select your preferred carrier. For exchanges: delivery times may vary based on your location. If you are returning an item worth more than $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your returned item.

REFUNDS

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email to confirm that your item has been received. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your return is approved, we will process the refund, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days. 

EXCHANGES
We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected], and we will provide you with mailing instructions.
DISCOUNTED AND SALE ITEMS

Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; sale items are not eligible for refunds. Purchases made with promotional or discount codes are also nonrefundable.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected].
